Woot-Mobile

So, game day. We had a hour-long game today, felt worn-out when I got home, but I wasn't going to lose a day of exercise. Oh, and I figured out the bar was 45 pounds, so in reality I was benching 65 originally. I added 10 pounds to the bench press so I had to take 10 pounds off the leg press. 80 Bench Presses (75 lb)
110 Leg Presses (55 lb)
110 Arm Presses (55 lb)
30 sit-ups
30 push-ups, 10 'girl' push-ups
100 leg-lifts(both legs)


Well, tonight's game we got our ass whooped. 28-0, they scored 28. Us? 0. None, nada. Bluh, we'll come back next week and whoop the other team's ass! Anyway, gonna do some more tomorrow. I weighed 131 on the scale, but we have one of those electronic ones, saying I lost Body Fat Percent, so I must've gained muscle. Think I might go watch a movie tomorrow, not sure.
