Son of a bitch, my arms almost gave out just now. That's why I stopped for today. It felt like my arms couldn't support the weight anymore, the right end of the bar dropped a few inches while doing a rep, and it took a few seconds for my body to enter.. Survival Mode? I realized I would be in deep shit if the bar dropped, so with every fucking ounce of strength I pushed it back up on the bar, almost screaming in the process. For this reason, from now on I'm taking Wednesdays and Sundays off, for recharging. I guess doing hundreds of benches everyday wasn't good.
Fitness:
90 Bench Presses (75 lb)
80 Leg Presses and Arm Presses (55 lb)
35 Sit-Ups
Disappointing. I'll try to eat better and do better tomorrow.
