End of Week 1, Day 7

Saw The Social Network today. Really good movie, would recommend it.
Fitness:
130 Bench Presses (75 lb)
140 Arm Presses (70 lb)
40 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
Total Reps: 335
Hm. Didn't do so well today. Maybe because of the different diet and sleep habit. Getting on track back on Monday! Going to up Bench to 85 lb Tuesday, going to up Leg Press if possible. Good work, no?

Saturdays, man. SATURDAYS

Not much today. Legs are rather sore. Things are becoming routine for me.. Which is good, means I'll have some trouble quitting. Going to do Bench Presses, Sit Ups, Arm Presses, and Push-ups tomorrow. Sunday'll be fun.
Fitness:
180 Leg Presses (70 lb)
100 Leg Lifts (both legs)
40 Sit Ups (both legs)

Mm, didn't do much today. Rogue Survivor 4.2 got released, having some fun with that.

Back on Track

So, today in practice we had to do cross-country. Wanna know what that is?
200 yards of bearcrawling(Basically a baby crawl but without your knees touching the ground)
200 yards of sprinting and doing an up-down whenever he blows his whistle, which were about 5 or 6 seconds apart.
Wanna know why? There was a fight. One kid cussed out the coach. We suffered for it.
Fitness:
100 Bench-Presses (75 lb)
120 Leg Presses & Arm Presses (55 lb)
40 Sit-Ups
35 Actual Push-ups, sets of 10 in a row.
120 Leg-Lifts(both legs)

Went to the library after school, hung out with a friend. We got some drinks and went upstairs, and I bought her something. I think it was one of those VIP things on those social website things? I think it was www.meez.com or something. Anyway, not much else. I'm glad I'm back on track, I'm going to start doing alternations. Tomorrows legs-only, day after that, Sunday, is arms only. Supposed to work out better. Let's see the results, eh?
