Back on Track

So, today in practice we had to do cross-country. Wanna know what that is?
200 yards of bearcrawling(Basically a baby crawl but without your knees touching the ground)
200 yards of sprinting and doing an up-down whenever he blows his whistle, which were about 5 or 6 seconds apart.
Wanna know why? There was a fight. One kid cussed out the coach. We suffered for it.
Fitness:
100 Bench-Presses (75 lb)
120 Leg Presses & Arm Presses (55 lb)
40 Sit-Ups
35 Actual Push-ups, sets of 10 in a row.
120 Leg-Lifts(both legs)

Went to the library after school, hung out with a friend. We got some drinks and went upstairs, and I bought her something. I think it was one of those VIP things on those social website things? I think it was www.meez.com or something. Anyway, not much else. I'm glad I'm back on track, I'm going to start doing alternations. Tomorrows legs-only, day after that, Sunday, is arms only. Supposed to work out better. Let's see the results, eh?
