Hm. Didn't do so well today. Maybe because of the different diet and sleep habit. Getting on track back on Monday! Going to up Bench to 85 lb Tuesday, going to up Leg Press if possible. Good work, no?

Not much today. Legs are rather sore. Things are becoming routine for me.. Which is good, means I'll have some trouble quitting. Going to do Bench Presses, Sit Ups, Arm Presses, and Push-ups tomorrow. Sunday'll be fun.

Back on Track
So, today in practice we had to do cross-country. Wanna know what that is?
200 yards of bearcrawling(Basically a baby crawl but without your knees touching the ground)
200 yards of sprinting and doing an up-down whenever he blows his whistle, which were about 5 or 6 seconds apart.
Wanna know why? There was a fight. One kid cussed out the coach. We suffered for it.
Fitness:
100 Bench-Presses (75 lb)
120 Leg Presses & Arm Presses (55 lb)
40 Sit-Ups
35 Actual Push-ups, sets of 10 in a row.
120 Leg-Lifts(both legs)
Went to the library after school, hung out with a friend. We got some drinks and went upstairs, and I bought her something. I think it was one of those VIP things on those social website things? I think it was www.meez.com or something. Anyway, not much else. I'm glad I'm back on track, I'm going to start doing alternations. Tomorrows legs-only, day after that, Sunday, is arms only. Supposed to work out better. Let's see the results, eh?

Just One Little Problem

Son of a bitch, my arms almost gave out just now. That's why I stopped for today. It felt like my arms couldn't support the weight anymore, the right end of the bar dropped a few inches while doing a rep, and it took a few seconds for my body to enter.. Survival Mode? I realized I would be in deep shit if the bar dropped, so with every fucking ounce of strength I pushed it back up on the bar, almost screaming in the process. For this reason, from now on I'm taking Wednesdays and Sundays off, for recharging. I guess doing hundreds of benches everyday wasn't good.
Fitness:
90 Bench Presses (75 lb)
80 Leg Presses and Arm Presses (55 lb)
35 Sit-Ups

So, game day. We had a hour-long game today, felt worn-out when I got home, but I wasn't going to lose a day of exercise. Oh, and I figured out the bar was 45 pounds, so in reality I was benching 65 originally. I added 10 pounds to the bench press so I had to take 10 pounds off the leg press. Well, tonight's game we got our ass whooped. 28-0, they scored 28. Us? 0. None, nada. Bluh, we'll come back next week and whoop the other team's ass! Anyway, gonna do some more tomorrow. I weighed 131 on the scale, but we have one of those electronic ones, saying I lost Body Fat Percent, so I must've gained muscle. Think I might go watch a movie tomorrow, not sure.

Progress

Lo and behold, I did what I didn't believe I could. I was originally going to try for 7 sets. But you know what? Fuck it. I did 10. When I do just blocks of 50 (ie. 50, 100, 150, 200, etc.) I'll just do the number, not the sets.Fitness:

Motivation baby! Thank god for music, helped me push through.
Didn't do much today, since the girl I was going to hang with after school was absent. I just went home, browsed the net, played a few games of SS13 and some Civilization V. Worked out after practice for 1 hour-1 1/2 hour. Had dinner, sadly not so healthy. Fucking biscuits and bacon. At least I don't have that shit every night. Will have some apples and read before bed. Arms and legs are tired-Good sign, no?

The start.
This is part of my 2 month at-home training. I'm going to do it so I can start off-season without looking like a weak-ass. This blog'll also double as something to just write down stuff about, I don't know, life? Quotes at the end every time.
Fitness:
50 leg-ups both legs(Lifting the above leg while laying on your side.)
20 real push-ups, 10 girl push-ups
6 sets 20 lb weightlifting.
6 sets 55 lb leg-lifting(Something on the machine we use for leg muscle-building.
