The start.

This is part of my 2 month at-home training. I'm going to do it so I can start off-season without looking like a weak-ass. This blog'll also double as something to just write down stuff about, I don't know, life? Quotes at the end every time.
Fitness:
50 leg-ups both legs(Lifting the above leg while laying on your side.)
20 real push-ups, 10 girl push-ups
6 sets 20 lb weightlifting.
6 sets 55 lb leg-lifting(Something on the machine we use for leg muscle-building.
